Alan brings over 20 years of experience working with students and families, helping young people grow, discover their strengths, and find the right college fit. His background spans youth counseling, adventure-based learning, and academic coaching.

At Evolve, Alan works closely with just 10–12 families each year, ensuring each student receives personalized guidance throughout the college admissions process. His approach emphasizes genuine fit, self-discovery, and long-term growth over prestige.

Beyond Evolve, Alan also serves as Managing Partner and Academic Director at Reset Boston. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, writing, mountain biking, home projects, and spending time with his wife and son.
